Ranpak Geami® WrapPak® EX

The Ranpak Geami® WrapPak® EX is a handy dispenser box that expands die-cut kraft paper into a 3D honeycomb structure. Its small footprint allows it to be placed on any table top or packaging area, providing finished wrapping material from a disposable container.

Wrapping is essential when pack contents need protection against scratching, surface abrasion and minor handling incidents. WrapPak systems use patented processes to convert environmentally friendly paper into packaging that prevents damage, including problems caused by internal impacts when multiple items are packed together. Geami WrapPak is the combination of a die cut kraft paper with a tissue interleaf paper. The Geami WrapPak EX expands the die cut paper to a 3D honeycomb structure providing a unique wrapping product. By locking angled paper cells together, items can be wrapped securely without the need for adhesive tape or cutting. The converter can be placed at any packing station where individual items require a protective wrap.

Geami® WrapPak® Manual

The Geami® WrapPak® Manual converter expands die-cut kraft paper into a 3D honeycomb structure. Designed as a manual system, Geami WrapPak M does not need electricity, making it an excellent solution for mid-volume applications.

PadPak Junior for low volumes of small and heavy packaging

PadPak protective packaging paper is a versatile cushioning packing material used to protect fragile products packed manually into shipping boxes. The patented cushioning pad is highly shock absorbent, for excellent protection in transit. Paper is converted by the PadPak system to form a protective pad directly around the product. An outstanding option for many applications: computer monitors, radiators, automotive parts, fine china, paintings, circuit boards, surgery kits and more.

PadPak JR® converts multi-ply kraft paper into a cushioning pad on demand. It enables fast and efficient cushioning and blocking-and-bracing, for low-volume packaging needs. The converter forms the paper into a protective, shock-absorbing paper pad, using a patented folding and stitching process. PadPak JR is easy to operate, and requires minimal operator training. Operators create new pads by raising a handle until the desired pad length is dispensed, then lowering the handle to cut.
