Local Delivery
Orders within our local delivery area are delivered with a standard delivery fee based on order total:
- $55 for orders between $1–$999
- Free delivery on orders $1,000 or more
Outside Our Local Delivery Area
Orders outside of our local delivery area will be reviewed individually. A delivery fee will be quoted, or your order may ship via a common carrier truck, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Return Policy
No hassle return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we make returns easy.

Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly (shipping costs excluded)
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank
Exchanges
- Need a replacement instead? We’re happy to exchange items when available
- Just let us know what you need and we’ll take care of it
A Few Exceptions
To keep things fair for everyone:
- Items must be returned in resalable condition
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return (unless damaged or defective)
